Messy and Picky both give five stars to Franklin Fountain on Market Street between Front and Second, calling the old school soda fountain “a delicious time warp.”
The ice cream sandwich built from two scoops of ice cream and surrounded by a freshly made waffle was as delectable as the Mt. Vesuvius, a mountain of chocolate and vanilla ice cream, topped with chocolate brownie pieces, hot fudge, whipped cream, and malt powder was decadent.
