Kirsten Henri heads to Passyunk Avenue’s Cantina Los Caballitos and reports on the “been-there-forever vibe” of the Cantina.
She finds the guacamole and shrimp ceviche the most appealing items on the menu but finds the entrees less exciting and the drinks a little weak.
