Narberth’s Carmine’s Creole Cafe is offering a 5-Course Chef’s Tasting for $40 on Friday and Saturday nights.

In addition, 4-courses for $30 is available Sundays and weeknights.

5-Course Chef’s Tasting Menu

First Course
Butternut Squash Bisque with essence of truffle and duck confit

Second Course
Crawfish Chili served over baked cheddar grits

Third Course
Butter Roasted Halibut topped with Shiraz reduction and served over braised lentils

Fourth Course
48 Hour Braised Beef Shortribs served with shallot roasted fingerling potatoes

Fifth Course
Strawberries Marinated in 12 Year Old Balsamic Emulsion topped with sweet mascarpone
