Wine Dinner At Figs

The Wine School of Philadelphia is hosting a wine dinner at Figs this evening and as of noon seven seats remain.

Dinner starts at 7:30 and costs $55 a person. This is a BYOB event, so make sure to bring a favorite bottle!

Additionally, Keith of the wine school will be featured on KYW3 this evening between 4 and 5.

First Course
Tuna Sashimi, Pickled Ginger, Wasabi, Seaweed Salad & Sesame Soy Drizzle

Roasted Beet and Haricot Verts Salad

Second Course
Braised Lamb Shank Tagine
Sundried Cranberry Couscous, Winter Vegetables in Apple Cider Honey Saffron Broth

Sesame Crusted Salmon Filet
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, and Ginger Plum Sauce
