Join the East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District for the second annual Flavors of the Avenue Festival.Happening on Saturday, April 21, from noon to 4 PM on Passyunk Avenue between Tasker and Morris Streets. Join the fun on one of Philadelphia’s most dynamic dining streets.
