Congratulations to South Street’s Ms. Tootsie’s Restaurant Bar Lounge which was awarded Best Soul Food restaurant in the August 2007 issue of the national publication, Black Enterprise Magazine.

   Ms. Tootsie’s has some of the best soul food around in philadelphia! The mac and cheese is the best! and the ice tea is to die for! There they put a slice of watermelon inside it. That gives it a taste i have never taste before! and i love it! I highy recommen eating at Ms. Tootsie’s! The food is grate and the people are real nice you will have a good time just like I did!
