Intel on the new tenants in the former Grape Street location, courtesy of mighty Dan Gross:

We’re told that Mad River will take over the spot’s lease in September and it’s unclear whether it will be another version of the popular Old City spot, or a different concept.

That would be this Mad River, in Old City. Six of one, half a dozen of the other?
