Tinto Adds Brunch

Posted by Foobooz on April 29th, 2008

Tinto has added brunch to their repertoire and the menu looks promising. Among the highlights are Revuelto de Langosta, lobster & asparagus shirred eggs with oyster cava cream, Padre e Hijo, crispy duck confit, tinto hash, fried egg and catalán escarole and lemon ricotta pancakes.

Items range from $8 to $14 and there is also an Inaki brunch for $21 that includes coffee, juice, pastry basket, two eggs any style, tinto hash, choice of applewood smoked bacon or chorizo and grapefruit brûlée.

The drinks also intrigue as the Pamplona qualifies as a meal in the glass with celery vodka, spiced tomato, consommé and chorizo.
