Dispatches From Dave: First Night at Noble

Just enjoyed dinner at Noble on the 2000 block of Sansom Street — the first night of regular service. This stretch of Sansom is shaping up to be a foodie mecca: Tinto, Melograno, Capogiro, Porcini, Vicsushi, and now Noble, offering modern American cooking paired with an all–American wine list and cocktails from ex–Apothecary bartenders.
