I caught up with good–natured Terence Feury — former leader of the kitchens at Striped Bass, the Ritz-Carlton, and, most recently, at ill–fated Maia in Villanova — in his new domain at Fork in Old City. So far reviews have been excellent. See his dinner menu here.
