Menu Alert: Max Brenner Chocolates Gets Savory
Posted by ashley primis on May 27th, 2009
Max Brenner, the chocolate company set to open its third U.S. location in Center City in mid-June/early July, has unveiled its new menus and revealed something special to us: The place will be so much more than a chocolate shop.
First, the location’s liquor license means a steady supply chocolate-flavored boozy beverages. Second, there’s going to be lots of food. Yes, Max Brenner is really a restaurant! There’s brunch (Mexican omelets), burgers and pizzas, and catfish tacos for lunch and dinner (served with cocoa-powder-dusted fries). Not to mention a boatload of sweets. (See all the menus at the Max Brenner site.) This photo is of their NYC location, but gives you a good idea of the vibe.
