When: Sunday, May 31st, noonish
Who: Tim H., with wife Lillian and their two strapping lads, Ben and Alex
Tim’s Entrée: Alaskan Benedict — that’s spinach Florentine on top of the smoked salmon, and it was a mighty tasty combo).
Ben’s Entrée: “Connie’s Brunch Thing” — essentially savory French toast made with sausage-studded bread.
Dessert: Apple-pie-in-a-pancake — crust and all.
