Breaking: We Are Getting Our Own Cupcake Truck!
Posted by ashley primis on July 8th, 2009
Kate Carrara, owner of Buttercream (which operates out of the Philadelphia Kitchen Share on South Street), is taking her show on the road. Starting the week of July 20th, she’ll be selling her cupcakes all over the city — follow ButtercreamPhl on Twitter — in a new truck that was custom made to look like … you guessed it: a cupcake! (She’ll even pull up to your wedding or party.)
Her options are endless. You can get mini, jumbo, or regular versions of the sweet treats in flavors like orange, lemon, marble, and even zucchini, which we think would go well with her whipped cream cheese frosting, although the lemon buttercream topper might be hard to pass up. Thanks, Kate — just in time for bathing suit season.
