Starr Opening New Concept In NYC

Fee-Fi-Fo-Fum I smell the faux pho of a Starr man. Stephen Starr’s restaurant organization tweeted on Friday that Starr is planning a Vienamese restaurant in New York and is looking for chefs. Starr confirmed to Michael Klein that he is in negotiations with a New York hotel but nothing had been signed.

      Hm, trying to capitalize on the Asian soup trend in NYC, a la Ippudo? Smart to do it in NYC, Philadelphians are not dumb enough to wait 2 hours to spend $20 on a bowl of soup.
