Bjork has a food truck? No, our favorite Icelandic singer and former lead singer of  the Sugarcubes is not about to hit the streets selling gourmet desserts. But John Suh and Franklin Shen are about to launch their Sugar Cube dessert truck.

The truck will feature a menu of tasty bites like chocolate bread pudding with Earl Gray team creme Anglaise, pear almond tarts and spicy Mexican layered chocolate cake filled with spicy buttercream.

A permanent location for the truck hasn’t been decided but the web site teases that the truck will be launching on Penn’s campus today.
