Southwark’s Farmhouse Platter with cured meats, cheeses, honey, accompaniments like mostards and sliced fruit and bread is sooo good with a big, bitter Manhattan.

Chicks is great, as is southwark. Even for pete’s sake has a great cheese plate. I still feel Ansil had one of the best.

It was also great at the Cook/Solo/O’Shea Marigold Kitchen. Haven’t gotten a chance to get over for the new incarnation.

James always has the most lovely pairings with their cheese and excellent, often farmhouse cheese choices. The candied fennel with just about any goat is sublime.
Belgian cafe makes a good go if it too.
Ansill cheese plates sure did rock though:(

Cheese plates are a definite order when on a menu for me, and I vote for Swift Half as the best.
