We think it’s an Amazing concept! You’re able to sample all the cheeses, meats, oils and vinegars, bottle your own, amazing selection of wines and great help with choosing them also:-) Had lunch on Friday, the server, a woman, was very attentive but not overly. Presentation of the food, the Duck Salad with the egg, awesome! will be back often!

J, I understand the NYC designer complaint for sure, but I’m of the opinion more Philly restaurateurs are coming around… Gruber’s done quite a bit of work in the region and boutique firms (like Bahdeebahdu where I design) are getting in on the action too… All that said, I feel Garces’ spaces are well-done on the whole.
