Posted by Foobooz on February 23rd, 2010

james_logoHave no fear, “A Pig & Its Parts isn’t an ungulate anatomy lesson but rather a pork-centric dinner set for James on Sunday, March 7th.

The four-course meal costs $60 per person and contains everything from porcini stuffed trotters to a dessert of bacon brittle.

Check out the full menu after the jump.

porcini stuffed trotters, preserved lemon and celery ribbons and smoked balsamic vinegar

hand cut pappardelle, ragu of housemade fennel sausage & pecorino di fossa

slow roasted loin of pork, Le Puy lentils, glazed baby carrots & pearl onions

chocolate budino, smoked paprika ice cream & bacon brittle
