      I find this story hard to believe Mike from Eulogy lives in a storage room in the Bar, and according to the BRT website Donal owes the city about three years in back taxes, and has a lien on the Tin Angel and his other enterprise the Sass is way behind on taxes too…..the real rumor should be “next three bars to fold Eulogy, Sassafras, Tin Angel”

      Michael Naessens owns homes in Abington, Las Vegas and Antwerp. You sound a bit jealous of the knighted CPA, college professor, successful restaurant and IT firm owner. As well you should be ;o)
      As far as Donal, I dare you to say your lies to his face. You will be pounded into Irish mincemeat.

      Robert – I do not know Mike from Eulogy I only know of him, so if I was misinformed I apologize, however I have been told by multiple people on separate occasions including some of his own staff that he literally lives in Eulogy’s Storage room…….Perhaps he is just eccentric and frugal…..As for you for your implication that I’m lying about your good friend Donal check the facts for yourself ….The Bureau of Revenue and Tax Website(public information) shows that Tin Angel/Serrano’s has not paid their taxes the last 3 years and has a lien…..The Sass is two years behind should you care to check(If banks did not have some many underwater commercial properties on there hands he would already be out)……as for being jealous I’m far from it, I’m a businessman who owns several properties in the city(including old city) I make it my business to know what’s going on…the house of cards known as old city(and all the riff raff that comes with it) is ready to collapse and I simply want to be first in line for the fire sale
