The former location of Shinju Sushi at 930 Locust Street has signs in the windows promising a new Indian restaurant, Mumbai Bistro.

Kyle Saini, one of the partners involved in Mumbai Bistro says the fast-casual restaurant will specialize in Northern Indian specialties cooked fresh and served fast. The menu is not finalized but they are looking to open in late April or early May.
