On April 1st we posted a fun story about Mark Vetri getting in on the food truck craze. Now Meal Ticket is going Mad Libs with the concept, reporting that Jose Garces has purchased a food truck and will have his restaurant designer, Jun Aizaki involved in what we’re sure will be one heck of a taco truck.

      garces should totally do a taco truck. i think philly is just the right kind of town to be overrun with taco trucks. honest thom’s and that awesome one on 38th street are two of my favie trucks in the entire city…..give it!

      As far as I know Stephen Starr has never cooked anything. He’s the brain and financier (Starr) behind the restaurants the bare his name. I hope the Iron Chef Garces doesn’t spread himself too thin trying to…do whatever it is.
