Here’s your chance to see the legendary Keg Hammer of Glory — for free! One lucky RC reader will win two tickets to the Beer Week Opening Tap event, which takes place this Friday, June 4th at 7:30 p.m. at the Independence Visitor Center. A slew of brewers — see the full list here — are expected to attend, along with Benjamin Franklin (pictured, hoisting the mighty Hammer) and Mayor Nutter, who will tap the sacred first keg. For your chance to win, send an email to khenri@phillymag.com telling us why you deserve the tickets. Make sure to write “I want opening tap tickets!” in the subject line. Entries must be received before 3 p.m. on Wednesday, June 2nd. Update: The contest is now closed. A winner will be chosen and announced on Thursday, June 3rd. Good luck!
