Chef-owner Michael Stollenwerk of Fish — known for his inventive approach to seafood — will go old school on Tuesday, June 22nd with a classic summer seafood and wine dinner. The seven-course meal will highlight favorites from the 1950s, like oysters Rockefeller, clams casino, skate meunière and lobster Newberg, and feature pairings selected by Fish sommelier Mark Monaco.
