Get Salty with Oyster House and Philly's Top Mixologists

Posted by kristen martin on June 22nd, 2010

Modern raw bar and seafood restaurant Oyster House will hop on board the summer-drinks-and-seafood ship on Monday, June 28 at 7:00 p.m. when it invites seven of Philly’s top mixologists to join its own bar staff in creating nautical cocktails. Booze artisans like Al Sotack of the Franklin (see the Franklin’s summer happy hour deal here) and Preston Eckman of the not-yet-open Adsum will join Oyster House barkeeps Katie Loeb and Andy DeGiulio for this one-time event. The drinks will be $8 each; menu details will be divulged closer to the event via Twitter @PHLoysterhouse. We bet that the Oyster House crew will be shaking and stirring some of their tasty seasonal cocktails, like the Sansom Street Sour — gin, hibiscus flower syrup, fresh sour mix, and whiskey bitters.

Oyster House, 1516 Sansom Street, 215-567-7683
