Chefs from some of Philly’s top restaurants — Lacroix, Fish, 10 Arts, and more — sent samples of their best dishes to Share Our Strength’s Taste of the Nation event last night at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel. Share Our Strength benefits organizations that fight childhood hunger; 100 percent of the proceeds from Taste of the Nation went to local anti-hunger centers like Philabundance and The Food Trust. Chef Chair Jennifer Carroll of 10Arts opened the festivities, which included lots of delectable bites and beverages and a silent auction for food-centric outings.
