David Katz and six other Philadelphia chefs are coming together for the second annual pork dinner at Meme. The event takes place on Tuesday, July 20th with two seatings, the first at 6pm and the second at 8:45. The five-course dinner plus hors d’oeuvres  is $75 and includes a flight of beer and wine.
Joining Katz in his kitchen that night will be:
- Terence Feury of Fork
- Michael Solomonov of Zahav
- Jen Carroll and Monica Glass of 10 Arts
- Peter Woolsey of Bistrot La Minette
- Pierre Calmels of Bibou
The chefs will then head to Xochitl for an after party that diners are welcome to join.
Reservations are a must.
