If You Could Pick a Pop-Up

Posted by Foobooz on July 2nd, 2010

It’s the day before a long weekend. You don’t want to be at work. You’re hoping the boss let’s you go at lunch time. There’s no sense starting a new project, so you come to Foobooz. We understand. Here’s something to keep your mind busy for a bit.

Now that we’ve seen one pop-up restaurant and we have an idea who might be next, we ask you who would you like to see featured in a future Pop-up restaurant?

Tony doesn’t need to get into bed with the devil for money. He’s set.

How about Munish Narula and the Tiffin crew.

And I’d like to see Pierre Calmels in front of a big restaurant. That would be interesting and I’m sure quite tasty.

Let David Ansill have a few nights off at Ladder 15 and give him free reign here.

Yeah, Alex & Aki would be great for something like this.

Scott Schroeder from South Philly Tap Room or David Ansill. Let them break free of the gastropub and really show what they can do.

Thomas Keller, but I would settle for Jean-Georges.
