      Whoever writes ‘Mac & Cheese’ is a moron. Start eating meat and then start trying to be a restaurant writer. If not, stick to ‘Yelp’ and leave the rest to the pros.

      What’s your problem with the review of Cooperage – because she’s a vegetarian? It seems her problems with the food there are independent of her vegetarianism – all the fried stuff looks like it was cooked to hell & back. I would have sent that stuff back if it was me – fried to blackness is not ok.
      You’ve got to wonder how plates that are obviously burnt make it out to the dining room in the first place. The expo person should catch that.

      @Bad Andy, it’s a personal blog; the writer does not claim to be a professional restaurant reviewer. If Craig Laban goes gluten free and keeps writing review, then come back and complain.
