Chhaya Cafe Opens Today

Chhaya Cafe opens today at 1823 E Passyunk Avenue. Today coffee service plus breakfastÂ and snack pastries are on the menu. Â Next week will mark the debut of waffles and if all goes according to plan,Â brunch and dinner will be served by next weekend.
