Sidewalk Cafes Still Booming

Today the Center City District released its annual report on sidewalk cafes.

  • 248 outdoor spots between Front and 24th, South and Vine.
  • Expanded 8% in the last two years.
  • Total cafes have grown 209% since 2001.
  • 69 Cafes in 2001
  • 3,556 seats in total
  • South Street has 35 cafes
