Han Dynasty Tastings Expand

Han Dynasty’s praised first-Monday tasting dinners (Craig LaBan called it one of the most memorable meals he’s had all year) have been so popular that Han Chiang is now offering them on the third Monday as well. It’s $25 for the Sichuan feast and a must-try event for adventure eaters and those who love spice.

      Even with the second dinner each month, I hear they’re booked pretty far in advance, so call and reserve a space ASAP if you’re interested…

      Han Dynasty Royersford is offering the same deal on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

      I called to make a reservation and asked when the next availability was. Han told me November 15, which I assumed was the 3rd Thursday. I realized afterwards that that’s a Monday. I need to call back, but I wonder whether he’s offering it more often, on some day other than the third Thursday, or got the dates mixed up

      Han was right, we were wrong. The tastings are the first and third Mondays. We erroneously reported the third Thursday. The site has been updated to reflect those changes.

      i had heard good things so i went by yesterday to pick up some lunch. guy at the cash register seemed overwhelmed. i ordered chicken w garlic sauce and was told it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later he asked what i was waiting for and he said he thought i said beef. i hadn’t and he started arguing w me. i understand restaurants make mistakes, but arguing w a customer? c’mon.
