What can we read into Top Chef contestant Kevin Sbraga’s announced resignation from Rat’s in Hamilton Township. Could he have won Top Chef and is using the windfall to go it alone?

Whether he won or not there’s no debating whether he is looking for his own restaurant space. Over the weekend he tweeted he found the perfect spot in Medford, New Jersey, just 12-miles from his hometown of Willingboro, NJ. Anyone recognize the building in the photograph?

Sbraga had an impressive resume even before appearing on Bravo’s hit TV show. He was the culinary director for the Garces Restaurant Group and won Best Meat Presentation at the Bocuse D’Or USA. We’re just excited he’s looking to stay in the area.
