Last Second Restaurant Week Tips

Center City’s Restaurant Week begins this Sunday. The Bite suggests somewhere new or somewhere Cook + Solomonov. Phoodie has some good tips too including trying to score a seat at the bar, it may be available even if the restaurant is booked.
