Brunch Elevated at Green Eggs

Posted by Foobooz on September 29th, 2010

Brian Freedman has plenty of praise for Green Eggs Cafe as he finds attention to detail keeps the decadent from becoming overwrought.

This, essentially, is a no-lose spot for brunch. The space is bright and suffused with natural light, the service is attentive but never grating (so important during those first delicate hours of the morning), and even the coffee is brewed with care.

Green Eggs is a decent spot for brunch in the neighborhood, but not worthy of such a pretentious review. Take a look at all the comments on foobooz and pw about this writer. He is a pr hack pretending to be a restaurant critic. PW is a joke. I am tired of all the hype around average restaurants while guys like this joker ignore the good restaurants that spend their money serving good food instead of paying for publicity.
