Celebrity Rolls at Zama

Rittenhouse Square’s Zama has partnered up with several celebrities to create sushi rolls. A part of the proceeds for each roll goes to the Variety Club. Among the rolls on the menu:

• Justice for All Roll (spicy tempura snow crab and shishi-toh pepper wrapped in soy paper, topped with tuna and scallion and finished with chopped wasabi mayo and black tobiko)
• Mad Dog Roll (yellowtail, jalapeno, and avocado tempura maki roll and topped with tuna, an avocado-cilantro salsa and a sushi rice crisp):
• Tony Luke Roll (japanese roast beef, asparagus, horseradish, teriyaki and truffle oil, topped with mushrooms)
