Posted by Foobooz on February 8th, 2011

Paesano’s new South Philly location at 1017 S 9th Street is set to open tomorrow. [The Insider]

Meal Ticket has a photo of the forthcoming American Sardine Bar. The old bones are definitely still visible. Opening is targeted for within 30 days. [Meal Ticket]

Sweetgreen, which opened last month in Ardmore, is planning a second area location at the Radian on Penn’s campus. [Daily Pennsylvanian]

Opening delays can sure be costly. Fathom Seafood House’s delay is going to cost it more than $8,000 in upgrades. By opening in 2011 the Fishtown bar has to meet new wiring requirements. The whole place has to be rewired and reinspected. [Grub Street]

Chip Roman’s Stone House has already had a change in name. It’ll now be known as Mica.
