Paesano’s new South Philly location at 1017 S 9th Street is set to open tomorrow. [The Insider]

Opening delays can sure be costly. Fathom Seafood House’s delay is going to cost it more than $8,000 in upgrades. By opening in 2011 the Fishtown bar has to meet new wiring requirements. The whole place has to be rewired and reinspected. [Grub Street]
Chip Roman’s Stone House has already had a change in name. It’ll now be known as Mica.
