Victory Beer Dinner at Barbuzzo

On Wednesday, March 23rd Barbuzzo is hosting a Victory Beer Dinner. The dinner will pair five beers with five courses of Barbuzzo specialties. House smoked trout, bison tartar and dark brined rabbit saddle highlight the food side of the menu. Reservations are a must.

sweet valley just outside of wilkes-barre totally has a bison farm, the burger at the local greasy spoon is made with bison!

Nice, there are some huge buffalo and beefalo ranches up in upstate NY in the Saratoga area as well. It’s pretty wild to go around a curve in the road and end up confronted with a herd of buffalo in a pasture.

Our bison is coming from the awesome people at Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-op. We get some great stuff from the 60+ farms involved. Its going to be delicious!!!!
