Mica, Chip Roman’s second restaurant has opened in Chestnut Hill. The intimate restaurant is currently BYOB and brings a new high-end restaurant to Chestnut Hill.

The Space

The Food
- Menu developed by Roman with help from Jason Cichonski, formerly of Lacroix
- Driven by ingredients, not by origin or cuisine
- Highlights include:
- Sea urchin with whisky custard, passion fruit and cucumber
- Fluke crudo with house pickled ginger, edamame, basil seeds and ponzu
- Artichoke agnolotti with morel mushrooms
- Elysian Fields lamb shoulder with butter radishes and peanut mole
- John Dory with baby squash, walnuts and feta
- In addition the restuarant will offer five and seven course prix fixe tasting menus
