Pepperoncini Sotto is opening this week in Phoenixville. It’s the sister restaurant to Pepperoncini in Conshohocken. [Philadelphia Inquirer]

Appalachian Brewing is opening a brewpub this May in Collegeville. it is the Central Pennsylvania based brewery’s first foray into the Philadelphia market. [The Beeryard]
