Philadelphia Bar & Restaurant is introducing its Tuesday night Shuck Off tonight. From 5 p.m. to midnight East and West Coast bivalves will be available for one dollar each. This week Sewansecott Salts from Hog Island, VA, Sun Hollows From Hood Canal, WA, along with Deep Bays and Hawk’s Points from British Columbia will be available.
