Top Chef winner Kevin Sbraga is teaming up with Chip Roman on Monday, May 2nd for a collaborative $85 per person, six-course dinner at Roman’s Blackfish restaurant in Conshohocken.

BEETROOT GAZPACHO
goat cheese sorbet, espelette oil, caviar toast

SPRING VEGETABLES
Asparagus, morels, French breakfast radish, peas, poached eggs
