Bacon & Beer Dinner at Twenty Manning

Tomorrow Twenty Manning is hosting a one-night only prix fixe dinner of bacon and beer. The four-course $45 dinner will have three seatings and beer pairings from Dock Street Brewery.

1st Course
Chicharrone Trio
Chipotle red sauce, avocado crema, hot English apple butter
Royal Bohemian Pilsner

2nd Course
Citrus & Cinnamon Braised Pork Belly
Watermelon, Kasseri cheese & Burgundy vinaigrette
Dock Street Summer Session

3rd Course
Crispy Pork Croutons
Potato rosti, endive salad with hot bacon cider dressing & a poached egg
Dock Street Rye IPA

4th Course
Brandied Cherry Ice Cream Sandwich
Soft chocolate cookie, homemade brandied cherry ice cream & maple bacon sprinkles
