Now We Want to Check Out Roost

Last night at the Night Market we tried a rotisserie chicken sandwich on a buttermilk biscuit from West Philadelphia’s recently opened Roost. The bite was quite tasty and now we want to check out the Springfield Avenue storefront. Each order is custom prepared so you may have to wait 15-20 minutes, a small price to pay for juicy chicken. In addition to rotisserie chicken Roost offers fried chicken, chicken tenders, mac and cheese plus veggie sides.

Roost is open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and closed Tuesdays.

If you live or work in West Philadelphia, Roost delivers from Woodland to Market, from 50th to 38th. Us, we’re planning a special trip right now.
