Collaborative Sly Fox Beer Dinner at Matyson

On Tuesday, June 28th Matyson will be hosting a Sly Fox beer dinner. Ben Puchowitz of Matyson and Jesse Kimball of Memphis Taproom (Kimball worked at Matyson before Memphis Taproom opened) will prepare a dinner featuring the likes of scallops, foie gras and pork belly. Each course of the $75 dinner will be accompanied by a Sly Fox beer.
