Opa Updates Menu for Summer

Opa, Sansom Street’s modern Greek restaurant is updating its menu for summer. Gone are some of the heavier dishes, replaced with some refreshing lighter dishes. New dishes include:
Sweetbreads
Smoked Eggplant Puree, Golden raisin-almond-caper Relish, Preserved Lemon $11
Soup
Chilled Cucumber, Pickled Onion, Tomato, Olive oil, Lemon $5
Shrimp
Local Tomatoes, House Made Black Pasta, Capers, Olive Oil, Oregano, Feta $18
Also look for lunch to start at Opa on Monday, July 18th.
