Tonight: Lobster Mania

Matyson’s tasting menu for the week is the always popular Lobster Mania. $45 gets you lobster four different ways (thankfully lobster is not in the dessert). Usually tasting menus are offered Monday through Thursday but Matyson will be closed for a private event tomorrow so you have one less day than normal to enjoy.

Lobster Soup
Miso, buckwheat noodles, Japanese turnips, asparagus

Spicy Lobster & Charred Watermelon Salad
Saffron-lime, fava bean tapenade, opal basil

Lobster Stuffed Squash Blossom
Local baby squash, white beans, tomato, lemon verbena

Butter Poached Lobster
Seared foie gras, jalapeno corn cakes, truffled peaches

Lemon Cheesecake
Stewed blueberries
