Restaurant Week Freshens Up
Posted by Foobooz on July 20th, 2011

The Center City District Restaurant Week for September 12-16 and 18-23 will have a fresh and local angle this year. The bi-annual event is joining forces with Philly Homegrown, a program of Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation (GPTMC) and each restaurant participating in Restaurant Week will showcase at least one dish that uses the vegetables, fruit, meat, poultry, seafood or herbs produced within 100 miles of the city.
119 restaurants will participate in the three or more course meals for $35. 51 will also offer three-course lunches for $20.
