Let the Happy (Four) Hours Roll

Going into effect today, Pennsylvania bars can now spread around their 14-hours of discounted drinks as they see fit. Well as fit means no more than four hours a day and specials must end by midnight.

So far we haven’t heard of any creative happy hours that take advantage of the new law, have you?
