The Brown Betty Petite at 269 S 20th Street is going to be closing. With the close proximity and popularity of the Liberty Place location the Rittenhouse storefront has become expendable. But cupcake freaks can take solace because with the Rittenhouse closure, Brown Betty will be looking to open another location in a different neighborhood.

In other Brown Betty news, their first cookbook is in the works and will be available in the Fall of next year. Also their new Northern Liberties flagship location is going gangbusters at 722 N 2nd Street.
