Irene Means Diving Horse Pop-Up in Philly Saturday

Hurricane Irene is forcing the Diving Horse staff to leave Avalon for the weekend. But their lament can be your joy as Saturday night there will be a Diving Horse pop-up upstairs at Pub & Kitchen.
Get your reservations now for the five-course, $65 per person dinner. Reservations are limited and begin at 5:30 p.m.
First:
Fried oyster, smashed “Dutch” potato salad, bacon mayonnaise
Raw oyster, deer creek, mignonette
Second:
Hudson Canyon lobster “bouillabaisse”, zucchini, rouille, tomato conserva, fennel
Third:
Barnegat scallops, toasted pearl pasta, preserved lemon, vermouth nage
Fourth:
Filet Mignon au poivre, confit fingerling potatoes, asparagus, peas, sauce forestière
Fifth:
“Kit Kat”, peanut butter, dark chocolate ganache, raspberry
